Trace AI – Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and other requested information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not:

• Use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Falsify, manipulate, or submit fraudulent recycling activity to earn rewards.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity and to revoke any rewards earned through such activity.

Trace AI may offer rewards for recycling activities recorded through the Services. Rewards are subject to availability, expiration dates, and additional terms provided at the time of issuance. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time without liability.

Our Services rely on the accuracy of the recycling activity you submit. Submitting false or misleading data is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of rewards.

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by Trace AI or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trace AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trace AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App and on our website, with the "Effective Date" updated accordingly. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
